• One of my jobs as a Pittsburgh wedding DJ is to keep up with the latest music trends. That’s why I really like this new feature from DJ Intelligence. This feature helps you discover the latest trends in wedding music. The list is compiled from wedding receptions all over the country.

    Just a quick note, not all “trending” songs are new. Sometimes wedding classics make a comeback!

    The new music chart is now part of the music selection tools at my website. The new chart lists music that is “trending” at current events all around the country. Here’s more information about the chart from its creator, DJ Intelligence.

    “The new “Trending” chart highlights songs that are trending at live events, but may not yet have enough requests to rank prominently on the Top 200. Unlike the Top 200 that is based on a full 12 months of data, the Trending chart is fluid and can change quickly. It’s ranked not by quantity of requests, but by the intensity at which songs are trending. It is updated in real time based on millions of requests made around the world through the DJ Intelligence music request system.”
